• Every time Winter Survival drops a news post, I’m further confused. On paper, the game seems to check fun boxes. In the video teasers, I’d say I lose about 50% of that interest. But none of this depth or depth has been felt yet, in either the earlier playtesting or the current Prologue.

• Okay, so the developers for Outbreak Island are alive again! And they’ve been working on and showed off…the fact that it works on a Steam Deck right now? Oh, and some new car physics. Which is great! It's just a bit of an odd choice for a fanbase that was growing disillusioned over the silence and the fact that recent trailers seem to have lost the spirit of earlier incarnations of the game.
