Dead on Arrival #9

I missed the Monday night publish schedule but have a YT video anyway!

My Tuesdays are my Mondays, and my Fridays are my Wednesdays.

Day to day is a big mashup, and I constantly feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day for what I need to get done. But this is probably common for a lot of folks! (Right??)

I have a three-day weekend, so my current project is to update my Todoist and Notion lists: I find that getting organized with these two programs typically gives me the best return on productivity and time.

But, holy shit.

After letting them lapse in May, it’s hard to make heads or tails of all the connecting parts and relationships between the projects or ideas. I’ve ended up slashing through shit, deleting meandering thoughts, and working to focus on small, actionable, essential goals.

And obviously, I’m keeping those extraordinary things that…

🏕️ Hashtag Survival Catchup

🖥️  I am primarily working to create a list of games to add to the directories and sorting through a handful of article drafts to see what I can improve- and post—slowly getting back on track to having a weekly meetup with Dee and Becca. Well, minus this week, because Dee is out of town, LIKE A FANCY PERSON.

❣️Noteworthy Last Week

⌛ Farthest Frontier dropped a large content patch, and Rooted released Dev Log #0, which I covered here. SCUM updated to 0.9v- the release of the new male models and a ton of new content. Technically this wouldn’t have been included if I had actually posted the newsletter yesterday, but fuck it! Survival: Fountain of Youth dropped a large fancy content patch on Monday.

📅 Upcoming

🔮 Occupy Mars has a fancy content patch coming on August 28th. ASKA will conduct a Multiplayer Closed Beta from August 11th to the 17th-hop into their Discord and apply to check out the Viking-themed survival title, and participate in the NDA-locked beta. Icarus is set to release its first major expansion on August 24th, with a new map, new biomes, alien creatures, and story missions. Sunkenland has announced an Early Access release date of August 25 at 6 PM PDT. The map alterations for The Infected are still a work in progress, but the developer hopes to have them out before the end of summer.
